Bryan Charcut: President.

Bryan created CAM in 2004 after working in property management for several years. His goal was to provide communities a dedicated resource in management services for Homeowner Associations. He has earned a real estate license in both Kansas and Missouri and has participated in the Institute of Real Estate Management. Bryan is currently in the process of receiving his designation to be a certified Community Association Manager by the Community Association Institute.

Shelly Doris: Account Manager.

Shelly has nine years of property management and real estate marketing experience. Her experience in Homeowner Association (HOA) management provides her clients a smooth transition from initial planning and design, through development, to resident move-in and eventual HOA board control.

Liz Stecklein: Account Manager.

Liz has eleven years of residential and Association property management experience. Liz has received designations for management from the Institute of Real Estate Management and the National Association of Residential Property Managers. Her abilities are strongest in the areas of vendor coordination, budget preparation, and relationship building.

Emily Majors: Office Manager.

Emily has more than eleven years of conventional, tax credit and Association property management experience. Emily is responsible for the day to day operations of the CAM office as well as the website and marketing efforts.
